THE SEED
This coming Saturday, April 2, the young Àrtics will present the show to us. The Seed. It will be at 7 PM at Súnion School. We look forward to seeing you there!
The Seed It is the musical story of the birth of a tiny seed. Disoriented, it finds itself facing a world it doesn't understand and must find the strength to learn, grow, and overcome all the things that make it suffer. Its journey will lead it to wage a metaphorical war against evil.
The Seed It is a fairly abstract work in the form of a fable. The language, more poetic and metaphorical, allows for different interpretations and this makes it a good tool for approaching, to a greater or lesser depth depending on the age, issues as complex as good and evil, love, or the meaning of life, but above all, it allows for an emotional connection through song, sound work (also very abstract), and movement.
The students have produced a musical composition by manipulating sounds and also a visual artwork by combining certain symbolic elements drawn from the text, creating small audiovisual fragments that articulate the work's narrative.
